I joined Caroline’s classes just as the 2nd lockdown began. I am so glad I did. I have found the pace and flow of the class are excellent. Very easy to follow and well explained. The class flies by and body and mind feel amazing when finished. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia which means gyms and high energy, cardio and aerobic classes are out for me. The stretching and deep breathing relieves chronic pain and cramping, tight muscles. Also aids sleep. I would highly recommend Caroline’s classes from my own experience.
We at Castletown Liam Mellows GAA Healthy Clubs were delighted to have Caroline work with us before we all had to go into lockdown. Caroline’s classes were professional with moderations that suited all levels. We had a lovely mix in the classes from senior footballers, hurlers, camogie players to the general community young & old, all were welcome.Caroline’s love of yoga shone through in every class. A pure natural with a beautiful soul.
I was delighted to find Caroline’s yoga class, and started in September. Caroline is a wonderful teacher, and is very aware of everyone’s different abilities, and never pushes you outside your comfort zone. Since lockdown, we are doing classes via Zoom, and it’s been amazing, I look forward to Wednesday’s and Saturday’s every week.
I have done yoga on and off for years in the UK. Having moved to Ireland not that long ago and after my baby boy was born, I looked for a class that would suit the busy mammy schedule but most importantly a class that would bring life into my exhausted body and a class that would allow some ‘me time’. Caroline’s Energy Flow class is exactly what I needed and far the best of all! Caroline is caring and knowledgeable. Each class is different, powerful, soothing, simply perfect and I love it! It was a great experience in a smaller private group than in larger yoga classes which I started and didn’t re-attend. Caroline took the time to demonstrate the moves and to gently and properly execute them as I suffer from Arthritis in several areas of the body.It was nice to understand and to hear her instruction in a smaller setting
Caroline is a fantastic teacher and has a genuine passion for her classes.Her directions are clear and precise…the same applies if you’re doing your class in the studio or on Zoom. Classes are different each week with new techniques and poses which I find very beneficial. I also like the breathing exercises at the beginning of class and the meditation at the end of class.Caroline is a great Yoga Teacher ….Highly Recommended”
I came across Well Soul Yoga with Caroline about 4 months ago while browsing on Facebook. I have always enjoyed exercising but yoga was quite new to me. I have been going twice a week and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my flexibility and my sleep has become better. It has also helped ease the pain in my joints. I find the breathing techniques very helpful and overall I am more relaxed. Caroline is encouraging, gentle person who has a great understanding of the body and mind.I look forward to Caroline’s classes every week and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering taking up yoga.
