At Well Soul Yoga I dedicate myself to offering the highest quality teachings to my students, whether online, in person, in large groups or in a one to one session. I have honed my skills through a variety of training and am an eternal student myself. I continue to grow with each class I teach and I am ever grateful to those who join me. My mission is to create accessible, inclusive and joyous classes that challenge you to grow in awareness and love for the practice and ultimately the self.
