Together we will practice yoga postures specific stretches to maintain healthy posture, as well as breathing exercises and meditation from their computers, whether in the office or home. Exercise that is built in during the work day has proven health benefits. Terms & Conditions

  • All attendees will be required to fill out a short, confidential, health questionnaire prior to the term.
  • All attendees will have the option of turning their camera’s off during class.
  • Attendees must have their own equipment. Please contact me if you wish to supply yoga mats and blocks, bulk equipment supply packages available.
  • Attendees must take precautions to ensure their environment is safe to practice in if practicing online.
  • Yoga practice is not suitable directly after eating a meal, the times that are recommended take this into account.
  • Times have also been specifically recommended to optimise the short term benefits of a yoga practice in the work day.
